A model who advocated for larger seats on airplanes was compelled to respond to nasty trolls.
With nearly seven million followers on Instagram, Gracie Bon is a celebrity from Panama.
She has gained recognition for her attractiveness and shares travel, fashion, and lifestyle articles on her social media pages.
She gained notoriety in the past for posting pictures of herself that were unrecognizable.
But after criticizing airlines for their large seat sizes, the influencer has suddenly found herself at the center of criticism.

There has long been disagreement about whether larger persons should pay for an additional seat on an aircraft.
Travel influencer Jaelynn Chaney, who is plus-sized, recently made news when she claimed that airline policies discriminate against larger travelers.
She contends that the fact that those with larger frames must pay more than those with smaller frames is unfair.
According to Chaney, having to take up a single seat might cause discomfort and leave you open to rude behavior from other travelers, such as disparaging remarks, glares, and even being refused seating next you.
“It is intolerable that plus-size travelers are being mistreated, and this emphasizes the critical need for stronger regulations that safeguard the rights and dignity of all travelers, regardless of size.
Sadly, plus-size travelers frequently endure prejudice and discomfort when traveling. It is intolerable and has to be addressed because there isn’t a consistent airline policy for customers of all sizes.
Additionally, Bon, a model from Panama, recently declared that airplane chairs “should have bigger.”

The influencer has resorted to social media to talk about the difficulties plus-sized women have when traveling, like finding it difficult to fasten their seatbelts.
“It’s a petition for all the airlines so big girls like me can fly,” Bon stated, adding that she couldn’t fit on the aircraft even if she was traveling in first class on her flight today.
“It’s not my fault that my ass is so large. Just make them larger, please.
She included a crying emoji with the message, which read, “Can someone give me an ACTUAL solution?”
Though hundreds of comments have been made on the post, not everyone concurs with Bon.

“Buy two seats instead of one, clearly you’ve got plenty of money to afford them,” a troll writes.
“Simple enough to say, but as soon as they increase the size of the seats, there will be fewer seats and higher costs, and then you will whine and demand that they be made cheaper,” said another.
Someone else remarks, “Your choice, your problem.”
Thankfully, not everyone has been so cruel; instead, a lot of people have responded to the remarks with encouraging messages for Bon.
Another fan agrees, saying, “It’s so not fair.”
Another comments with a peach emoji, saying, “Omg I wish I had the same problems.”
“I need half of the other seat, and my butt isn’t even as large as hers. My hips are resting on the person next me. Simply put, the seats are small,” another person says.
Since then, Bon has criticized rumors that she underwent surgery to get her strikingly muscular body.
On Instagram, Gracie posts, “WHAT GOD GAVE ME.” You can see how my “natural” figure seemed in the first photo, and guess what—at that time, people treated me suspiciously and body-shamed me for being unusual in appearance and attire.
“So I’m a plus size girl and I can’t wear whatever I want and go outside?” she asks further. I apologize; I will never longer be ashamed of my curves or loathe my body because some of you normalize the hatred of girls for no other reason than that they are girls. Nevertheless, the thighs match.
